My Story...

My journey to becoming a health coach didn't start in a textbook—it started right in the trenches of motherhood. For years, I was a busy mom of three, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatrics, and a gym owner. I spent my days helping others, and I honestly thought I had motherhood completely figured out. I believed I would transition into being the 'best mom' with ease, remaining healthy, confident, and balanced.

And boy, was I wrong. Motherhood hit me like a ton of bricks. The constant demands, the sleepless nights, and the mental load were overwhelming. I found myself in this dark, isolating place, feeling like I couldn't turn to anyone because I was "supposed to have it all figured out." That's when I knew something had to change. I started diving deep into creating truly easy, sustainable daily changes that fit my real life. What I discovered was life-changing—I started to feel like myself again, and I realized these same simple strategies could help other moms too.
